This 60 minute class focuses on using gentle movement in a repetitive phrase to help the practitioner be guided into a meditative state. Class will begin with breath work and then progress into a gentle series of standing movements (or sit in a chair) designed to connect you with your higher self. We will finish with some light journaling and opportunity to share (optional) any beautiful things that may have come through during your movement meditation.Space is limited, please sign-up in advance.
