I've never done any self-defense or Martial Art before. Can I still come?
Yes! All experience levels and fitness levels are welcome!
Who can come?
Any woman ages about 13+. While we don't set an actual age limit, nor is anything explicit, we do talk about heavy topics and consider the material to be rated PG-13.
What should I bring / wear?
Wear clothing you can move in. While we will not be heavily exerting ourselves, people tend to prefer exercise style clothing. Feel free to bring a water bottle.
What should I expect?
A good time with a great group of women learning how to defeat a bigger, heavier, stronger attacker using the only thing that can reliably work: LEVERAGE.
I want to bring a friend is that ok?
Absolutely! However they must register as well.
