In a safe and welcoming environment, you’ll learn a range of simple embroidery stitches and techniques, and how you can use these to tap into your own creativity and generate unique works of art that support your mental and emotional wellbeing.Embroidery is a medium that requires minimal tools and equipment, and can be done almost anywhere, anytime – making it the perfect medium for those daily contemplative moments. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished piece, a range of ideas to continue exploring and a sense of calm that you can continue coming back to.
