A 7 week series with Buddhist Teacher James Baskerville
It is no secret that life can be challenging, with unexpected problems and unavoidable difficulties often leaving us feeling overwhelmed. To thrive amidst these adversities, we need the personal and mental ability to adapt and cope with stress. So how do we achieve this? In this series of classes, you will learn to cultivate inner strength through training your mind correctly. Discover new ways of thinking and relating to challenges, allowing you to not only cope but thrive.
Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
About this series: This 7 week series aims to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition.
