About this Event
The Buddha’s profound teaching that all things are empty of intrinsic existence—and yet endlessly appear—is the river of realization that runs through Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhism. This truth of emptiness (Śūnyatā) is not a negation but an invitation to freedom and awakening. In this workshop, we will draw upon teachings from Padmasambhava and Lama Mipham, exploring how we can work skillfully with the truth of emptiness in daily life. Through practice with the Heart Sutra and guided meditation, participants will discover we can let go by resting in the recognition of the vast, luminous nature of mind. This workshop offers an experiential entry into a vital inquiry: How shall we respond in the most creative and compassionate way to the play of emptiness?
