This event offers a welcoming space to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn tools to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Denitza Stantcheva is a certified meditation instructor with the Art of Living Foundation and has nearly 20 years of experience teaching breathwork, meditation, and wellbeing practices. She has led wellness programs across Europe and North America, working with individuals from all walks of life. Denitza currently serves as a Senior Program Advisor at Harvard Business School and lives in Andover with her husband and daughter.
Nivedita Sinnarkar is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong background in healthcare and community wellbeing. She is also a passionate certified Art of Living volunteer. Along with supporting physical movement, strength, and overall health, she actively promotes mindfulness, meditation, and holistic living through the Art of Living community. Her blend of clinical expertise and commitment to service allows her to help people lead healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.
