Join us at 11:30am for the "Meditation with Yoga for Stress Relief" event at The Art of Living Urban Retreat.

This live session, led by an experienced instructor, will provide a sacred space for you to find inner peace and calm. You will also receive an introduction to our deep dive breathwork retreat - the Part 1 Program. The session will conclude with opportunity to connect with other community members over snacks.
