We know that life can feel complicated, and it isn't always easy to find time for yourself. Learning how to meditate, for however long, can really help you to calm the mind and deal with stress. Ayzaaz will teach you about the power of breathwork for controlling stressful feelings and how to use visualisation everyday. Join us, and other like minded individuals, in this small gathering on a Saturday morning. Refreshments provided.
All proceeds go to the Sivananda Yoga centre in Putney, a place that has been close to Ayzaaz's heart for a long time and provides peace and calm to many.
