Utilizing a wide range of techniques both modern and ancient, we will explore the mind, how it works and what we can do to make life better in every way. Six week class; cost is $25 per week or $108 prepaid. Every Saturday from noon to 1 pm starting Feb. 14; taught by Chris Collins.
