Join us for a rejuvenating Meditation Spray & Yoga Class at CRAFTED at the Port of Los Angeles! Explore the power of your senses. You will create your own special non toxic meditation spray to help elevate your practice that is uniquely yours. After we make your spray we will do some gentle yoga with a mini sound bath in savasana.. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, come and enjoy this blissful experience with us! This class is about 1 hour & 45 min . We will be doing this class in Warehouse 3 right next to the market place. .We meet up at the picnic tables inside of Crafted ..Class will then move to our own private space in a beautiful old warehouse next door .You must bring your own yoga mat. All materials for meditation spray will be provided.
