Also known as Planetary Meditation for Peace. This practice has roots in Tibetan Loving-Kindness Meditation. Twin hearts Meditation was Developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. Doing this meditation regularly will help practitioners feel a greater sense of peace, love, hope, healing, joy and reconciliation. This is a guided meditation in which participants will be directed to focus on these qualities and direct them towards friends family, our community and the entire world.
