Experience the calming power of meditation and qigong as you journey inward, exploring the depths of your inner landscape and cultivating a sense of presence and inner peace. Then, surrender to the healing vibrations of crystal sound instruments as they wash over you, harmonizing your body, mind, and spirit in a symphony of sound and resonance.
Enjoy a dinner of nourishing, mostly organic farm to table food, incorporating Ayurvedic and holistic culinary principles. (Inclusive of vegetarian and vegan options).
