Lead by Pippa, a Samavira trained and IMMA certified teacher with experience in Zen, Vipassana and Dhammakaya meditation. The Sama Sadhana Sessions incorporate the 7 fundamental techniques of ancient meditation to guide you to a deep mind-body connection, inner stillness and greater self-awareness.
