Meditation Monday: A Sound Bowl Experience

Meditation Monday is a guided sound bowl experience designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with your intention. Through intentional breathwork, grounding meditation, and immersive sound healing, this experience creates space for release, clarity, and realignment.
What to expect:
• Guided grounding meditation
• Breathwork to release tension
• Full sound bowl immersion
• A calming, intimate atmosphere
• Space to reflect and realign
No experience is necessary. Just come as you are. Yoga mats or floor seating strongly recommended for maximum comfort.
When: 1st & 3rd Monday of every month
Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
