We will be meeting at the Cat Tail Marsh birdwatching boardwalk area. Join MVPN peers and Volunteers for a peaceful meditation in the park. There will be 10 yoga mats available on a first come first serve basis.
We will be doing a slow paced and meditation focused session to ease our minds and bodies into the week ahead of us!
Dress comfortable and bring water, we look forward to seeing you all!
