A night for YOU. Unwind. Breathe. Connect to the Peace Within.
All belief systems, all ages, all genders, ALL ARE WELCOME.
NO MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Come as you are. We are casual and welcoming. We sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea are provided.
Exhale out the stress and go home with practices for more calm every day.
