Come join us at Ada's Technical Bookshop and Cafe for an uplifting event designed to help you relax , recharge, and meet new friends in a positive and conscious community.
While technology has made the world smaller, it’s also left many of us distant from friends and community connections. Talking to new people can feel daunting, but shared experiences make it easier—and more fun!
Meditation is more than just a moment of peace—it’s a way to tap into inner strength, dissolve negativity, and foster resilience. When we take the time to rest deeply, we find clarity, solace, and a renewed sense of positivity.
At the Meditation Mixer, we’ll start with calming breathwork and guided meditation to establish a sense of inner connection and ease. Afterward, enjoy a relaxed hangout with like-minded individuals over your favorite hot beverage. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just curious to give it a try, this is a great opportunity to unwind and connect with others in a warm, welcoming space
What to Expect:
- 45 minutes of guided breathwork and meditation
- 45 minutes of social time to chat, sip, and connect
- One beverage from the cafe is included in the ticket
