Find inner peace at the free Meditation Meetup on Sundays through Dec. 14 from 11 a.m. to noon at the Gary Halter Nature Center.Guided by Lance McDowell and Brett Warnecke, this outdoor program for ages 18 and older teaches techniques to manage stress, quiet the mind, and create a sense of balance. Sessions will not be held on Aug. 31 or Nov. 30.
