4-Week Meditation Program Overview:

This program is designed to meet you where you are, making it easy to start and sustain a consistent meditation practice. The focus is on building the habit, so it’s about finding a time commitment that works for you and sticking with it.

Each day, you’ll have 2-4 guided meditations to choose from, ranging in length:

  • 60 seconds for a quick pause.
  • 5 minutes for a deeper reset.
  • 10-20+ minutes for those ready to dive further.

The goal? Commit to at least one meditation daily—starting with just 60 seconds is a win! You decide what fits into your schedule, and as the habit builds, you can explore longer sessions when you’re ready.

How to Access:
All content is delivered through Dr. Behr’s Practice Better App, available on desktop or mobile. Each meditation builds on the last, creating a seamless flow over the four weeks. You’ll also receive daily reflective prompts, direct access to Dr. Behr for personalized support, and the chance to connect with a supportive community of participants.

Enhance Your Experience:
Optional, live sessions are held twice weekly, offering a deeper dive into techniques like guided imagery, subconscious exploration, and hypnosis. These sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions and gain insights while practicing in real-time with the group.
