A relaxed space where together we practice meditation, mindfulness and calming breath.The aim of Meditation Lounge is to encourage an inner reset, the calming of the nervous system.
When you calm the nervous system you can start to feel more comfortable within your body this gives your mind a rest, and in turn creates space for you to connect to your inner spirit.
