LITTLE LOTTE
Join us for this delightful clown and shadow puppetry show for children aged 3 and up, followed by an (optional) hands-on workshop, where kids can create and play with their own shadow puppets!
Meet Little Lotte, a spirited young girl with a big dream: to become a film animator! Inspired by her grandfather’s bedtime stories and her love of early cinema, Lotte embarks on a magical journey where she meets several wacky and wonderful characters who teach her the true meaning of friendship. Together on this daring journey they face fairies, farts and even a dragon!
This playful and heartwarming tale celebrates the power of imagination and friendship while introducing audiences to the real-life Lotte Reiniger, the pioneering animator who created the world’s first feature-length animated film. Through whimsical shadow puppetry and slapstick storytelling, Little Lotte is a joyful adventure that will delight both children and parents alike!
After the 35-minute show there will be a 30-minute puppetry workshop.

About the performers:
are a Brighton / Oslo based company. The group makes action-packed theatre which challenges social norms and plays with perspectives.
