About this Event
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Kum Nye’s simple movement and breathing exercises restore the body’s natural rhythms and calm the mind.
During this weekend retreat, we will experience how Kum Nye can be:
A very effective gateway to meditation
A means to deepen our practice
A support to integrate a meditative awareness in everyday life
Matt Padwick-bio
Matt Padwick has been practicing meditation and Kum Nye since 1998 at Dzogchen Beara, a retreat centre overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in south-west Ireland. During this time he completed two years of closed retreat and worked in a variety of roles including Centre Director (2003-2013). More recently he has been helping to plan and present the public programme in the new Temple.
