The last Sunday of every month, we meet together to meditate and explore our common humanity using Buddhist concepts as a frame work. The morning consists of guided meditation, some silent meditation and walking meditation in the beautiful environmental park.
A theme is introduced each month for us to explore.
Morning tea is provided.
All are welcome.
The cost is in two parts:
* $10 towards the facilities
* A donation on the day for teacher in the spirit of generosity without expectation
