Please join Bettina Rothe and Live Musician Andrew Kim for an evening of Meditation in Motion.5Rhythms is a dynamic and expressive dance practice created by Gabrielle Roth that blends movement, meditation, and emotional release. It's often described as a "meditation in movement" because it encourages participants to become fully immersed in the present moment through the fluid and natural flow of the body's movements.
The meditative quality is enhanced by the DJed and live music and the invitation to move without judgment, allowing for a deep experience of self-awareness and awareness of the environment.
The evening will complete with a few minutes of seated meditation practice for integration.
