Meditation in Central London
Theobald’s Natural Health Centre
Situated in the hearth of London we impart meditation classes there every Thursday at 8.30pm.
In Theobald’s Natural Health Centre also have other therapies like osteopathy and massages.
All levels are welcome.
Although the class is free of charge a small donation to cover the teacher’s travel expenses is welcome.
