Group Description:
The format will be:
1) Introduction;
2) Engage in a guided meditation for 15-20 minutes;
3) Processing and sharing what may come up during the meditation.
The content of guided meditations will include exploration of fears, hopes, trauma, grief, intimacy, problematic behaviors, dreams, men's issues, emotional regulation and more.
Lead in to meditations will often include somatic awareness and movement appropriate to the space such as Qi Gong and simple Yoga poses.
