The Meditation Group meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 6:00 to 6:30 PM. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned “meditator”, these guided meditations will deepen your experience. Elizabeth Adams leads the group, using a variety of methods to truly go inward; finding peace, guidance, and Oneness. All are welcome; suggested love offering is $5.00.
