Our meditation group meets at our Centre approximately once a month and is open to those who have never meditated before and those with previous experience. Each session lasts about an hour which includes a guided meditation and time set aside at the end for discussion and questions. The fee is £5 per session.There's no need to book but please ask us if you have any queries.
