Every third Sunday of the month, people across the globe pause together to send out thoughts of peace, calm and hope to our world.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have years of practice, you’re warmly invited to join us at Inner Space for an hour of gentle music, silence and guided meditation. It’s a chance to step back from the noise of the world, reconnect with our own inner stillness, and contribute something positive to the collective atmosphere of our planet.
