WHAT HAPPENS AT A MEDITATION DAY RETREAT?
We take a pause, slow down and with kind curiosity turn towards ourselves and our experience and so the exploration begins…
• There will be various types of guided non-dual and mindfulness based meditation in the form of sitting and walking meditation.
• Interspersed are some partner and group connection exercises, the occasional poem and a space for sharing, Q & A, dialoguing and delving deeper.
• Each retreat has a specific theme with the meditations and connection exercises relating to the theme.
• We’ll have a buffet lunch together, with everyone invited to bring a little something along to share with the group.
The theme for this March Retreat is ‘Exploring The Self’.
Do you have an interest, curiosity, fascination or obsession with discovering who or what you really are?
There is much talk of oneness, non-duality, enlightenment, awareness, the pathless path, liberation, self-enquiry, awakening to our true nature, the ego, the Self, no Self… but what does all that really mean and look like beyond the talk, ideas and concepts?
Together we’ll delve into the nature of our own present-moment experience and take a look into and beyond that which is constantly changing offering an invitation to discover the unchanging eternal wholeness.
Join us for a day dedicated to experientially ‘Exploring The Self’ and this subject through meditative enquiry, non-dual pointing, dialogue, Q & A and partner exercises.
And… we’ll bring the day to a close with the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?
The curious ones, the seekers, the inner-explorers, those who are sincere and keen to engage in this practise of meditation as a form of self-enquiry and inner work.
It matters not whether you are new to meditation, a very experienced meditator or somewhere in-between, it is the attitude and willingness to explore your experience that is of importance.
Chairs are available to sit on. If you wish to sit on the floor please bring along a Yoga mat and cushion
