Meditation Day Retreat

Looking to deepen your meditation practice? Come join us for a day-long meditation retreat.

Switch off, settle in and practice with the NBC team.

With guided practice sessions, meditation teaching and a posture workshop, this is a day to explore how to immerse yourself more fully in meditation.

We'll have a shared lunch, and a period of silence in the afternoon to allow us to enter deeper into our meditation.

All are welcome - you just need a willingness to explore sitting meditation practice in a supportive and nurturing environment!
