Exploring Buddhism:
A Practical Guide to Daily Wisdom
About this Event

A Practical Six-Week Meditation Course for Everyday Life

This six-week course is open to everyone. It introduces, in a down-to-earth and practical way, the fundamental principles of Buddhism—such as karma, past and future lives, meditation, and how to find inner solutions to your problems. Each session shows how these teachings can be applied in daily life to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and resilience. By the end of the course, you will have a strong foundation in Buddhist philosophy and practical ways to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

These classes include two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic. After each class, there is time for Q&A.

Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. Advanced booking is required.

You do not need to bring anything with you, and the meditation is conducted on chairs (though you are welcome to bring a cushion if you prefer).
