✨ Buddhist Wisdom for Daily LifeIf left unchecked, our thoughts can take us everywhere we don’t want to go. Buddha called this our “monkey mind” — a restless, untamed mind that becomes the source of stress, worry, and many of our unpleasant feelings.
In this series, we’ll explore why training the mind is the key to inner peace and learn practical, time-tested methods for gently taming the monkey mind and reclaiming our thoughts. 🌿
Buddhist Wisdom for Daily Life is a weekly meditation class that presents practical Buddhist psychology for modern living. Each class includes guided meditation and teaching, with different topics explored throughout the year.
