About this Event

The Silent Meditation Circle & Community Gathering is a free 45 minute session led by Lea. Including instruction for sitting correctly at the start, this session includes both guided and silent meditation, and discussion addresses the physical, mental, emotional and evolutionary benefits and challenges of consistent meditation practice.

Bring your water bottle. We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.

We offer this meditation circle for both newcomers to the practice, anyone wishing to learn, as well as those with an ongoing, advanced practice.

Lea Kraemer, ERYT-500, is the Director of our Center in El Segundo and the Lead for the Live Your Best Life teams in India and the US. A Yoga Therapist with numerous certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Kriya Yoga, Lea is the founder of Prana Mandir Yoga. She trains and certifies teachers in Yoga as Therapy and Vinyasa. Sought out as a Teacher Trainer for schools and studios on the East and West Coasts of the US, before joining Live Your Best Life, Lea held a private practice in Pasadena, California, offering Yoga as Therapy for clients healing from chronic and life-threatening illness. In her earlier life, Lea developed programs and mentored yoga teachers at Beth Israel Continuum Center , St. Lukes Hospital and area hospitals in NYC, establishing research into the efficacy of therapeutic Yoga and Meditation.
