We look forward to welcoming back Fiona Ashdown to the Wisdom Centre, for her 2024 series of meditation and yoga retreat days.Fiona is a warm-hearted yoga therapist and meditation teacher, with over 30 years experience of teaching 1-1 and small groups in Southampton, and of running meditation/yoga retreats at Sarum College, Salisbury and in the Lake District, UK.
Having completed the practitioner and post graduate courses with Paul Harvey, she went on to study a 4 year therapy course in Austria. Fiona's teaching is person-centred and incorporates meditation, movement, breath and sound.
The day will consist of guided, silent and walking meditations. You will have use of the beautiful labyrinth and walled gardens and will be supported by gentle yoga and breathing techniques.
Cost: £50 (includes welcome refreshments, lunch and afternoon tea). Please inform of any special dietary requirements when booking.
