Living Yoga Method 6 week Course. £66Perfect for complete beginners to yoga, yogis returning or anyone who wants to learn this life changing method from scratch.
Over the 6 weeks we will cover, 26 yoga postures, 2 breathing techniques, 1 deep relaxation and just enough yoga philosophy to make a difference.
Each class contains:
Breath training - using techniques with particular focus on the inhale, exhale and breath hold.
Physical training - postures to take care of our physical health.
Brain training - guided meditations and deep relaxations to take care of our mental health.
Once the 6 weeks is completed you will have the confidence to attend any yoga class or move on to the next stage, Living Yoga Level 1 to continue your personal development.
