Welcome to our Meditation & Sound Bath in the Park event! Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in nature. Take a break from your busy schedule and unwind with guided meditation and soothing sound bath session. Let the peaceful surroundings of the park help you find inner peace and serenity.

**Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to allow time to settle in.
Location: Pioneer Park, San Diego
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on. I also recomend bringing and eye mask and anything else that will ensure you are comfortable during the sound bath. See you there!
