Join our interactive Qi gong and meditation classes in Poole - Bournemouth - Dorset, taking you on a journey of cleansing and balancing your energy and cultivating inner peace. Qi gong is an ancient gentle practice which allows us to remove any harmful energy trapped within our being, and replace it with fresh life force energy (CHI), thus calming down our nervous system and bringing harmony back into our lives. By combining this with meditation, it becomes a very powerful and transformative practice, leading us to experience deep peace and inner bliss.
This exercise is great for people of all abilities, whether you are new to this or done it a thousand times, you will walk away feeling cleansed and refreshed. This is also a practice that can be done sitting down, so if you currently suffer with an injury or a disability you can still attend.
Qi gong and meditation have also proven to be effective at reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system, increasing positive moods and energy, speeding up healing and recovery, and an abundance of other things.
