Just lie back, breathe and receive. No movement, no effort - just a deeply meditative, restorative experience bathed in sound and intention.
WHAT TO BRING
All you really need to bring is yourself! We have yoga mats, bolsters and blankets, but you may like to bring your own blanket and pillow too. If you have an eye pillow, this is sometimes enjoyed and wear comfortable clothing.
