Introducing Meditation & Mingle with Abhaya Wellness! This is an opportunity for Professionals in a Helping Field to connect and work toward building a personal mindfulness practice.

Join us for a guided meditation with Matt O'Connor, owner and founder of Abhaya Wellness. Matt started his mindfulness studies over a decade ago at Naropa University in Boulder Colorado. He's participated in over a dozen meditation retreats where he's had the opportunity to develop his practice under expert tutelage.
Matt employs mindfulness as a powerful therapeutic tool in his work with clients, and a critical component of his personal wellness journey.
This event is for any professionals working in a helping field who want grow their mindfulness practice, and is great for people new to mindfulness or those looking to expand their existing practice. This a drop in event, so you can start anytime and there is no commitment to attend every month.
After the guided meditation there will be an optional opportunity to connect and network!
