Join us for a calming, restorative meditation session designed to help you unwind. This guided class combines mindful breathing, gentle grounding techniques, and movement to support relaxation and mental clarity.
Whether you're new to meditation or continuing your practice, this session offers a peaceful space to reset and recharge.
What to bring:
- a yoga mat*
- water (optional)
- layers for relaxation (i.e jumper and a blanket)
*If you do not have a yoga mat or are unable to do floor/mat sitting, plastic chairs are available and so a cushion is recommended.
