This group will be offered once a month in order to build consistency amongst participants. Join us once or come each month (9/8, 10/13, 11/17, 12/8), however you feel guided. It is a support group that allows for holding space for helping each other call in manifestations. The group will start with a guided meditation, to help participants relax and drop into being present for the group process. Participants will be offered the chance to share what it is that they would like to release and/or draw in for themselves in the next several months. Other participants in the group will be encouraged to offer support for and hold space for this intention.(manifesting in a group energy is a VERY POWERFUL way to create even quicker movement towards goals) The group will end with each participant getting to pull two cards to get a mini reading for guidance, affirmation, support, etc. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: * Journal to write any intentions and other insights in * Yoga mat and pillow, blanket, etc for meditation * Some ideas of what you would like to release or draw in for yourself over the next several months Participants are invited to join us for an individual class or the full series (9/8, 10/13, 11/17, 12/8). Booking is required for each individual class, unless you purchase the bundle prior to the first meeting.About Carolyn: Carolyn is an Esoteric Healer and Avalonian High Priestess! She offers Esoteric Healing Sessions to help clients address whatever blocks or personal issues are presenting themselves. She combines her intuitive skills and advanced Spiritual development with her years of skills working as a trauma-focused therapist to offer an esoteric healing experience in her sessions. Whether the focus of the session is on trauma from this lifetime or others, relationship challenges, energy attachments, shadow work, or any other concerns…her esoteric sessions use a variety of traditional counseling tools along with various metaphysical healing techniques to help alchemize the challenge/trauma into strength and empowerment, often in much less time than it would take doing talk therapy. Her treatment is client-focused and driven by the client's needs and wants. Her goal is to provide a safe, respectful atmosphere to allow the client to develop to their Full Spiritual/Life potential.
