About this Event

Goddess is a moving meditation practice to mobilize our physical bodies and at the same time open up space within our emotional bodies to clear stagnant energy and unlock flow back into our lives. The class is done barefoot with a yoga mat and we use some props that will be provided.

This class is open to all levels! Options are given for all.

Led by Jackie DelGizzo of Crush Fitness in East Greenwich, RI

Jackie DelGizzo is a fitness professional for the past 20 years and owner Crush Ftiness Studios. In addition to fitness she made the transition to Reiki healing, energy work, meditation, and human design reader and now is a practitioner at the Soul Sanctuary. She has always seen the correlation between movement and joy and now looks to spread that to as many people as she can with movement and meditative healing practices. She also is the host of the podcast Sweat and Surrender on Spotify.
