Meditation and Mindfulness Course
Join us in person or online for a course that combines the science with the practical application. This course is all about finding your inner calm through understanding yourself better, so you can find the appropriate type of meditation or mindfulness practice for you. meditation
This class is ideal if you want to learn how to meditate, struggle to sit still or have a busy mind when you try to meditate, it's also appropriate for this who already have a meditation practice what to learn how you can deepen you mind/body connection.
This is a 6 week course starting on 11th March, each class is £20
As a chiropractor who uses disruption in the acupuncture meridians to help detect weakness and stresses within the human body, and using energy and light touch techniques to help people to heal from their I juries and pain I have earnt to listen to my body energetically and through my meditation and Mindfulness discover the joy of developing a mind/body connection that keeps me grounded and present.
Over the last 10 years I have learnt much and developed a deep understanding of that mind/body connection and this course will teach you the science and techniques you need to develop your own connection and meditation practice.
