Meditation and grounding for FCBD dancers - workshop + sound healing

Together with Salome, we are bringing you a well-deserved workshop to reclaim your state of calm before September rush.
It is also a great opportunity to learn some simple techniques that can help you when you are nervous or stressed.
Through mindful breathing, focus and concentration techniques, we will explore first how we can feel more grounded, centered and calm while dancing FCBDstyle. We will also enhance our non-verbal communication skills to feel more connected and present.
Then we will participate in a sound healing session provided by Salome. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound vibrations to balance the mind, body, and soul.

🧜‍♀️ Siriel is a member of The Siren Society, the oldest group of FCBDstyle in Warsaw. She has been a Fusion and FCBDstyle dancer for 10 years now. She studied this dance style with the most renowned teachers worldwide, such as: Kae Montgomery, Phillipa Morai, Yuka Sakata, and its creator itself: Carolena Nericcio. She is certified in General Skills and keeps studying at the FatChanceBellyDance®Style University.
🕉️ Salome is a certified Yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner from Ukraine. She has been studying body and mind techniques of relieving stress and tensions for years. She is teaching at Eflex Studio in Warsaw.
