Many of us feel disconnected and isolated from each other. We often find it difficult to meet new people and stay grounded. The world is so unpredictable, and it is important more than ever for us to find community in chaos. Join us in connection with ourselves and others. Meditation and Community Connection is an opportunity for us to ground, meet new people, and be one in community. What to bring: A comfortable pillow to sit on, a blanket, a yoga mat (anything to make yourself feel comfortable), and a water bottle. Extra blankets and pillows will be available if you forget. Snacks will be provided.
What to wear: Comfortable, breathable clothing. We will not be doing too much in terms of movement, so wear what you feel the most comfortable in.
