Meditation + Advent Wreath Workshop

Take a gentle pause before the festive rush and spend a cozy Sunday morning with us. We’ll begin the day with a beginner-friendly essential oil meditation, lovingly guided by our dear friend — a yoga teacher, passionate runner, and shining soul. With breath, stillness, and the calming support of essential oils, this session is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and ease into the season with presence and calm.

After grounding through meditation, we’ll move into a creative flow and craft a traditional Advent wreath. Using a hay base (25 cm ø), fresh Brushwood (Tannenzweige), eucalyptus, and other green foliage, you’ll learn step by step how to create your own festive wreath. Whether kept simple and natural or adorned with ribbons and accents, your finished piece will be ready to bring light and warmth to the Advent weeks ahead.
