About this Event
Join us for a 3-week series of 90-minute sessions exploring meditation with Tom Capshew, Ph.D.
Each week, Tom will introduce different approaches—from Zen and walking meditation to breathwork, music, mindfulness, and more.
You’ll learn the science, purpose, and benefits of meditation while sampling practices to discover what resonates with your lifestyle and energy. No prior experience required.
The classes will be held from 12-1:30 p.m. on the following Saturdays: 11/1, 11/8, & 11/15. Registration is for the full 3-session series. Because space is limited, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions.
