Meditating Together & Nourishing The Peace Within

Experience the powerful energy of group meditation! Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, our gatherings offer a welcoming and nurturing space for everyone.

In our shared moments of stillness and through our conversations, you’ll discover how to gently shift your focus to the peace that's always present, quiet the mind's persistent chatter, respond calmly and skilfully to life’s challenges and find emotional balance, unlocking a serene state of being that endures beyond our sessions.

Our gatherings offer more than just a meditation session they are a doorway to:

- practice meditation regularly and in a group amplifying its impact compared to practising alone

- receive personal guidance on your meditation journey

- attend retreats monthly to explore meditation deeper and gain profound insights

- form friendships and meaningful connections in a compassionate community that shares the same journey through our monthly social gatherings

NOTE: to fully experience the benefits we suggest attending at least 5 consecutive sessions.

Sharing a nondual understanding

As this group is anchored in nonduality we aim to consciously become one with reality by being present with our breath touch sight and all experiences. When we become lost in these the ego or the psychological “I” emerges which means we unconsciously identify with our experiences.

Dress Comfortably

Please bring clothes that allow you to sit cross-legged. Chairs are also available.

About the hosts

Julia

Julia's life and work as a Mental Health Coach and Meditation Teacher is profoundly anchored in 15 years of studying and training in Nonduality, Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness, and Philosophy. Struggling deeply with severe anxiety and depression she found lasting freedom and inner peace through the practice of meditation while living a monastic life in a Zen temple.

Her journey was further enriched by practicing nonduality under Rupert Spira's guidance in the UK. Julia studied at Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University UK and holds a master's degree in Philosophy. Her unique blend of lived experience and academic study informs her approach to guiding others on their paths to mindfulness and meditation.

Harri

Harri's path as a Mindfulness Teacher began with a series of intense life challenges that shattered his core identity leading him to experience a profound sense of liberation from the constructed self. This life-changing experience set him on a quest for meaning finding his answers in his own experience guided by the principles of Nonduality Zen Buddhism and the teachings of the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi.

Transformed by these experiences Harri felt a strong calling to share these insights guiding others towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the world. His journey intertwines personal discovery with ancient wisdom offering a unique perspective to those he guides in mindfulness and meditation.

Both Harri and Julia have meditated daily for more than 8 years and continue to do so today. They live their life from a place of stillness truth and peace.

"I just had my first monday evening meditation together with this group. It was a relaxing and grounding experience. Was lovely to share the inner quietness with others. Faciliators were really supporting and gentle. They created a safe atmosphere. And made it feel like everyone is truly welcome as they are. The place itself was peaceful good energy well suited for meditation."

Saara Pajos said:

"The instructors were kind and welcoming and the overall atmosphere was warm and calming. Thank you for a wonderful experience! :)"

Hsin-Yi Chen said:

I really like the atmosphere there very welcoming for newcomers. And good guidance on the meditation practice.

"I would like to thank fate for the opportunity to meditate in this place. Because of meditation I discovered many things inside myself. Before this I tried different meditation practices. Only the meditation here opened my eyes to my inner world. I learned to concentrate. I understood how focus of attention works. I also felt the benefits of group meditation. Group meditation is incomparably better than individual meditation. I recommend everyone to visit this place!"

Deborah L. said:

"Very nice meditation sessions with a short explanation about the key concepts of meditation and of thoughts that are not you (so true) and a private counseling time where it is possible to connect deeper thanks to their guidance. The empathy and awareness are shining from the inside out. They also organise retreats which after some time of meditation practice would definitely be a beneficial experience. Thank you so much!"

We are looking forward to meeting you!

Warmly

Julia and Harri
