You're invited to an evening of community meditation and discussion for the preparation and integration of psychedelic journeys.
We will start with brief instruction and guidance into a simple, heart-warming meditation practice, leading into silent sitting in this practice (\~30mins) followed by group discussion.
Topics are centered around the role psychedelics can play in settling deeper into the experience of inner peace, challenges and rewards encountered before, during and after journeying, and digging more into the experience of peace every day.
This is an open space for curious minds and open hearts — whether you're deep in the work or just beginning to explore.
All are invited to make themselves comfortable sitting on the provided pillows, back jacks or chairs. However, participants are welcome to bring their own meditation cushions, pillows, or props.
As with all events, please plan to arrive early or on-time so we can begin promptly.
